How to import the custom Child object for multiselect choicelist

Hi,

 

I want to import a custom object record to update the multi-select Choice list but import is failing.I tried with the record id and the multichoicelist field and again tried with record ID,Record Name, record number and multi-select choice list field but again that failed.I am not sure what how should I update the multi-select choice list field.

Is there any way to do that?
