Is it possible to dd the Incident Product or Group to the Survey Conversion Stats Trend Report (ID: 7048)?

I am looking at the Is it possible to Survey Conversion Stats Trend Report (ID: 7048) and would like to be able to get this data by product and/or group.

I am not finding a way to join the Incidents table to this report in a way that does not mess up all of the data.

Is there any way to get the Incident Product or Group tables added to the Survey Conversion Stats Trend Report (ID: 7048)?
