Demand Plan: Notification (In Application Top Right Bell Symbol) is not received after Schedule Proc

Demand Plan: Notification (In Application Top Right Bell Symbol) is not received after Schedule Process run is completed.

We are running the schedule process 'Build Plan Archive' and Check box 'Notify me when this process ends' is enabled when schedule process is submitted but the issue is that we do not receive the notification after schedule process is completed.

Any one has idea on how do we get the notification once after the schedule process is completed?

Can you please suggest us.
