Migrated Performance Rating History not showing 'Source' and 'Created By' in Talent Rating

Hi, 

We have loaded data using TalentProfile.dat using following structure.

METADATA|ProfileItem|SourceSystemOwner|SourceSystemId|ProfileCode|SectionId|ContentType|ContentTypeId|RatingModelCode1|RatingLevelCode1|QualifierId1|DateFrom|DateTo|SourceType
MERGE|ProfileItem|HR_MSTR|600001|PERS_300000007105566|12501|Performance Rating|125|PERFORMANCE|3||2019/04/01|2020/03/31|Performance Review 2019-20

But, after successful load we can see the  'Source' and 'Created By' fields are showing as blank. 

Suggest how we can populate these values in Performance Rating section so that it states this ratings are migrated from Legacy application.

FYI, when the rating flows from Performance Document then 'Source' shows value as Performance Document and Created by shows value as respective Performance Document Name. And, in case if manager adds these values, 'Source' shows value as Profile and Created By shows value as Manager username.
