Directions on how to use Sandbox to add a contact's phone number and email and other communication information in Benefits Self Service and Benefits Service Center


Oracle has removed the Communications area in the Benefits Self Service and Benefits Service Center.  In SR 3-22602107441 : Phone Number Missing in People to Cover Page, I had asked Oracle how to add this in, and they provided that direction.  My experience in creating a Sandbox solution to provide the Communications area to the Benefits Service Center - People to Cover (or Me > Benefits > People to Cover) area is as attached.
