Oracle has removed the Communications area in the Benefits Self Service and Benefits Service Center. In SR 3-22602107441 : Phone Number Missing in People to Cover Page, I had asked Oracle how to add this in, and they provided that direction. My experience in creating a Sandbox solution to provide the Communications area to the Benefits Service Center - People to Cover (or Me > Benefits > People to Cover) area is as attached.
