Is it possible to by pass territory based visibilty using groovy

Need option to select customer from other territory in opportunity

Hi All, 

We have an senario  where sales user need to create opportunity for customer in different territory, but because of teriitory based visibility, sales user not able to. see the customer.  i tried by serching with account partynumber and setting TragetpartyId in opportunity. but it didnt work. is there any way to overwrite.
