Requisition Line level Approvals for Different Approval Limits based on line amount

Hi,

The requisition has multiple lines and each line has a different line amount than the requirement is to route the approval for each line to the respective approval limit defined in the rules. 

For example, the approval authority is defined as below; also the requisition has 3 lines. Details below:

I want to understand why it's not working as expected for multiple lines on requisition lines.
