Hi All,

Couple of questions on user mgt. Can you advise?

1. Is IDCS required for all the user credentials?

2. Can we support different user personas?

  • Vendor's administrator user - this persona can manage users and approval requests from all customers
  • Customer's administrator user - this persona can manage users and approval requests for his customer only
  • Customer's business users - this persona is for business purposes such as KM/SR...

3. For user self registration, can we support TCA Customer Account as identifier to register?

4. For user registration by Vendor/Customer admins, can we select the existing customer contact to register?
