Workspace Infolets are new (with 20D), configurable mini-workspaces that provide UX continuity between the Workspace and Infolets on the Task-based Home UX. These new infolets are sourced directly from Workspace, with any top-level object in workspace - even custom objects - being an option for an Infolet. Six infolets come out of the box (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Tasks, and Appointments) and four blank infolets are available to customize.
