Concealing "Evaluate" buttons in a PD Evaluation Topics impact on historical documents
Summary
What is the impact to historical documents when you use page composer to conceal the evaluate button beside some evaluation topicsContent
Hello,
In our current performance document configuration, we have performance goals, a questionnaire, and behaviors as evaluation topic. Beside each one on the document, there is an evaluate button. Performance Goals and Behaviors both have their topic name serve as a link to the associate's goals or defined behaviors for self-assessment. Questionnaire does not have the topic name serve as a link to the questionnaire, it must be accessed via the evaluate button.
What I would like to know, is if I use page composer to hide the component that is the evaluate button on the Performance Goals and Behavior topics, it appears that the ability to evaluate them would still be present when I click on the topic link. Knowing that page composer would impact our historical documents, what would happen to completed evaluations that the employees would no longer be able to click "view" from the evaluation topic? would they be able to click the link of the topic name and still have the "view evaluated topic" accessible?
