Report on granular Administration permissions

Summary

We'd like to be able to report on all the individual Administration profile permissions, unfortunately, only a handful show in the reporting tables

For example, on the standard report  -ID 13003 "Profile Permissions by Account" only lists:

Account Modify, Admin Settings, Business Settings, Profiles Modify, Rules View, Configuration Settings, Error Log, Rules Edit, Workspace Edit, Object Designer, Engagement Engine Rules Edit

These don't fully correspond with the individual permissions within each profile (see attached pic below).

In particular, we want to report on our profiles with "SSO Login (SAML2.0)" 

Has anyone got any tips on where I could draw this information - from a hidden table, perhaps?
