Hi All,

Is there a way to filter(restrict) some roles to get synced with IDCS when User profile is getting synced between Fusion and IDCS? Fusion is the IDP.

Use Case: We are using DCS for our internal employees. We created custom self service user role (by cloning seeded SSU role) and auto provisioned to all the employees. Customer Service Reps(HR Agents) also have access to DCS and by virtue of the Customer Service Rep role, they are able to see all the Service Request in DCS though they should see only SR's  where they are in the contact list. We  tried to apply the filter in DCS Service Request list view to show only those SR's where Agents are in the contacts list but that is taking too long
