Cannot Add Check-In for Employee or Access Current/ Historical Performance Documents

When navigating to the my team>goals and performance overview page, I do not see a check-in count or link where I can click directly to add a check-in for a direct report.
Additionally, when I click the direct report's name, I am taken to the performance overview page where I should be able to access current and historical check-ins and performance reviews. This page is showing up blank for all review periods.
I can confirm that I have added a 2021 check-in as well as created 2021 performance documents, so Managers should be able to access these for direct reports.
