We have implemented goal management , career development and performance management in HCM and the user experience is very negative. The fact that users have to click on 3 different icons and do updates, and also after goal and career development still have to evaluate in performance document and add comments. The overall system navigation ( 3 spots versus 1 ) and the lack of flow from one spot to the other ( guided train ) is causing a lot of confusion.
