Job Requisition Approval Hierarchy fetching name of "Submitted By" User Name as last in hierarchy

Hi Team,

Recruiter have submitted on requisition for approval but in the approval hierarchy the name of submitted by person is displaying in hierarchy at the top(after all the configured approvers) even we don't have configured any FYI notification for Recruiter(submitted by user).

Eg if John is name of recruiter who submitted the requisition for approval ,Then in approval hierarchy John's name will be on top.

 

Please suggest if anyone face this issue in their project.
