Anyway to restrict a user from deleting a Simulation set?

Hi Team,

Is there any way we can restrict a user from deleting any simulation set while he can still view it? Or else I also tried removing the view simulation set access from his custom role from Plan Inputs Reference Data Management (Granted Roles) as per the below link.

But still the user is able to see and delete the existing simulation set. 

We have a requirement wherein the user is only able to view the Items of the simulation set in the plan and we have also created a custom condition from manage conditions for the same so even if the user is not able to view the simulation set saperately, it should be fine.
