Getting error while assigning "Planning catalog" with functional area planning to "Master level"

Unable to make the planning catalog to be controlled at master level

Hi,

As suggested from Implementation doc Planning catalog must be Controlled at = Master-Level (not Org-Level).

After going through certain docs we found that changes to be done at Operational attributes. Please suggest Which Operational attribute should be changed to master level under "manage Operational Attribute  group control" task to fix this issue.

Or is there any other way to make planning catalog to be controlled at master level.

Currently no items are created.
