How to Receive Multi-Part Form Data Json File as Attachment and Insert Data to DB Table?

Please advise if anyone has any pointers/blogposts/solution in transforming Multi-part  form data from JSON Attachment file to XML so that Data in DB Table could be insert/updated.

P.S: Stage File Read in Segments doesn't support JSON Schema.
