Looking for a way to select multiple options from list for Resource

We have the need to be able to select multiple items from a single list for a Resource.

We would like to be able to create a field that includes multiple (maybe even dozens) of values and then allow our Manage users to select as many of these values as necessary when configuring a tech's setup. Ideally, this field would be modifiable on the Resource Info screen and Manage users would go there to modify these fields. Then, the values selected would be visible on the Resource Info screen and the Resource Hint.

Note, we picture this being similar to how we can currently select multiple skills and/or work zones for technicians.
