Can we edit/delete the charges line in Depot Repair Workbench which has been created via 'Create Charge' functionality

HI Team,

We have a scenario where user has added a charge line by which should not be added during the execution of depot repair order.

Now we can not post the charges nor we can edit the line which gives the error.

Please help, what can be done. A screenshot is attached.
