Unable to exclude expense items that are not required to be in the expense report in Fusion Cloud

There is no option to exclude the expense items that are not required to be part of the expense item creation.

Business created some unwanted expense items to check some performance issue and they want those lines to be excluded while creating an expense report. Please suggest how to exclude those unwanted items during expense item creation.
