We want to remove /Hide add button from employee to role to restrict employee to add anytime Document

Hi ,

When admin run Eligible Batch Process for Anytime performance document .Eligible employee get add button to add anytime document .

We won't allow employee to add Anytime document and keep this access upto HR specialist and line manager only.

I tried with personalization but property is disable for ADD button.

I tried to remove duty role 'ORA_HRA_CREATE_ANYTIME_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENT ' ,from custom employee role but system gave me below warning 'You can remove only roles inherited by the current role.' and not deleted the duty role.
