I am trying to do customization on Manage Bank Accounts but when I select a field the 'DOC' region do not show page structure. It shows setup & maintenance drop-down  (the one which pops when we click on name arrow in top right corner) structure in DOC region instead.

I have Cash manager and Financial Application Administrator etc. Roles.

The sandbox used is not an issue as same sandbox shows correct structure when used on Manage Employment page.

This is happening only on finance related pages so are there any roles specifically needed for this ?
