Rename and find labels of Time Zones on OFS

Is there any way, irrelevant if via API or GUI, to rename a Time Zone on OFS (as per available on Configuration -> Display), V21.A onwards ? Additionally, I know that if you send an API request to create an activity and include an invalid TZ label, the error message provided brings the valid domain of TZ labels, but is there any way to find it more directly, without having to resort to this method ?
