Access to Performance admin to add/delete attachments of employee in performance document

Summary:

We are trying to determine in Performance Admin could have ability to add/remove attachments in the performance document of an employee?

1) Employee logs in and navigates to – Me >> Performance Enablement >> Check-Ins and Performance Review

2) Clicks on the Performance Document Name

3) Notice that Attachment section is available here for employee to upload attachments

4) Now Admin logs in and navigates to Search (search employee) >> Directory >> Show More >> Performance and Check-ins. Click on Performance Document name for the employee. The attachments are visible to the Admin. However can we grant Admin access to upload new or delete attachments?
