Creating a new rule and I can't find what the field value would be in the 'if' statement

Morning everyone,

I'm creating a new rule that states if anyone is submitting an expense report with a specified chartfield value send it to an approval group. In the 'If' statement I don't know what the field name would be, how do I find this out?
