Summary:

General Survey - has the ability to use a calendar so that we can "add date" - we have a document that is going to be uploaded into a Journey, but we need the ability to "add a date" the form was signed. General Survey has that ability. I have created the task as "questionnaire' and looked for the questionnaire template created using 'General Survey', but for some reason I can't get the Questionnaire to come up in the task when I use 'General Survey'
