Dependent Designation Assistance
I am trying to setup designation dependents for all programs/plans and options. I have checked the enforce option in Self-Service Configuration. I have added designation requirements in the Benefit Options area:
I have added Dependent Designation Level Plan type in program and Family Member Rule: Check designation requirements
However, no designations are being asked, much less enforced.
Do these need to be added for each option in each plan also? If so what is the purpose of the self-service option?
