May I ask if the following are possible on an Orale Digital Assistance Instance paired with a Fusion Application:

1. Can it emit events e.g. (Create Digital Assistant Instance Begin, Create Digital Assistant Instance End, etc)
2. Can metrics be emitted e.g. (RuntimeRequests, RuntimeErrorResponses, etc)
3. Can the instance be integrated with OCI Notifications?
