How does item specification 'Service Duration Type = Variable' works for inscluded warranty?

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement where Sales Admin should enter the included warranty duration during Sales Order creation.

If we are using 'Service Duration Type = Variable' for an item can we achieve the above requirement.

Is this referring the same, and which means currently it is not supported.
