Covid Vaccine Incentive Element processing with zero dollar check
We added a Covid Vaccine Incentive of $10.00 per biweekly paycheck for those employees who are fully vaccinated. I did not set this up in the Benefit Program but as an unrestricted Plan since employees could add at any time once proof of vaccination is submitted. It seems to be working fine except in 2 instances:
- I need it to auto term when an employee is terminated.
- Those employees who have a zero check - out of leave of absence, workers comp, etc - it's still processing the $10.00 refund which according to the accounting team is messing up their FIT taxes since it's a pre-tax refund.
