Onboarding- Native Electronic Signature Error

Summary: We have a task that utilizes a native electronic signature, and it is periodically throwing an error for users. This task is assigned on the first day, when everyone has the same employee role assigned for security.


Content (required): One of our tasks using electronic signature is throwing an error for about 5% of our new hires. I thought at first it was a security issue (the error occurs when viewing the document) but most users are able to complete the task without issue. Has anyone else run into this? I've tried deleting the task for the user and reassigning, but the error still occurs. When I access the task as a super user, I don't get an error, and as I said it's working as expected for other new hires. Could the base task have become
