Collector Manager in Manage Resources can view other BU collector and amounts

Summary:

We used the seeded Collection Manager role and assigned to Collector Managers, but when in Manage resources page, the Manager can see other Collectors and the amount even though that collector is not assigned to the BU (both manager and the other collector) they have different BU assignment.

Luisa - RO collector

Manage Resources view from Sylvie - FR Collector, there is the collector name Luisa - RO in her dashboard. and the amounts Delinquency is also showing.

Under Manage Collector setup:

Luisa - RO has RO Set only

Sylvie - FR has FR set only
