Notifications and worklist approvals

Summary:

We currently have the Redwood UI and we are seeing issues with consistency between the notifications page and the worklist

An approver has 3 invoices in the Redwood UI notifications page, but don't see it in her worklist. Is this a known issue or is there a setting?
