Summary of the question:

Customer is implementing knowledge management as part of their B2B service and need to restrict publishing capabilities of their knowledge administrators. Currently knowledge administrators have the capability to publish all the articles. How to refine the Knowledge management roles so only certain groups of knowledge administrators can publish articles of a certain Content Type (FAQ ,Solutions, Alerts)?
