To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

We have issue only for the following employee, who is also a line manager. Both the employee and line manager are custom roles and no other employees or line managers have the following problem, not that we are aware of.
I did check for the privileges and see the required Use REST Service - Public workers etc are there in place.
What are we missing here. Here is the screenshot for the Help Desk user Role.
