Reassign a Journey Task by HR when the task is not allocated to the original employee

edited Feb 16, 2024 1:21PM in Journeys 8 comments

Summary:

Content (required):

We have a Journey with 9 tasks. Eight of these tasks are for the employee. When the 8th is completed, the 9th task is for the line manager to complete.

We have had instances when the task has been allocated to a line manager who is incorrect or is off work. If sent to the incorrect line manager, that manager can highlight the task, click "Reassign" and send the task to the correct manager, however, if the incorrect manager is off it cannot be reassigned by them.

HR can find the journey for the employee and can see the first 8 tasks which are assigned to the employee but there does not appear to be a way of viewing the 9th task which is actually assigned to the line manager who is off.

Howdy, Stranger!
