Hi

I would like to understand what is the best way to share the questionnaire with suppliers who are not using the supplier portal.

When we launch the initiative I do not see any option to download the questionnaire(either in pdf or excel format) that can be shared with the supplier via email to get their response.

We could like to share the questionnaire, gather the response and enter those in the system as surrogate responses.
