Need clarification on following things on regarding BPM Approval flow

  1. Is dynamic approval group is applicable for CX Sales? When tried to create a new dynamic approval group from BPM worklist it asks for Name and Class details. Can someone how to configure dynamic approval group for CX sales?
  2. Can we modify the content of default notification triggered to the approver? We need to include fields from sales cloud object in the approval email triggered to the approvers?
