What is the purpose to filter "Me and my group" in my worklist, can I set an approval group there?

Summary:

How can we set up an approval group in the worklist to filter the tasks assigned to the group? the groups displayed are not the Approval groups. Is it possible to add an approval group there?

Content (required):

We have some approval groups in parallel mode "First responder wins" to expedite the the approval in some critical tasks. When the group is assigned to the task, only individuals can see their name as assignee in the worklist. If a group leader could have visibility of what is assigned to his/her group in "Me and my group" it could save a lot of time for this person and get higher productivity of their approval team.
