Summary:

In my performance template there is a competency section. However no competency has been hard coded in the template, neither are they coming from profile section by default. The idea is to allow workers to select competency from a dropdown list in the first step (Set Goals) during performance evaluation. The competencies have all been created in an item catalog. However while trying to select competency ,only a few from the top (alphabetically) are being displayed. There is no search link as well to further explore. How to view the entire list?
