Questionnaire Rating consideration in overall rating calculation in performance document

We have requirement in Performance document.

Performance document should have only below 2 sections.

1)Questionnaire (2 queries score enabled)

2)Overall Performance Rating

Can we calculate overall rating automatically based on the questionnaire score? it throws error message" You must enable item ratings for at least one goals or competencies section when you select a calculation rule in the overall summary section. (HRA-960384)" if rating calculation is enabled in process tab of performance template.

For example - If average score in questionnaire section is 2 then the overall calculated rating should show as 2 (Meets Expectation) in Overall Performance Rating section.
