Content (required):
we want to calculate the performance item weightage rating based on the Goals weightage, how can we acheive it?
ex:
Emp1 submits 2 goals with below weightage in Goal plan
Goal 1 -> 60% weightage
Goal 2 --> 40% weightage
In Performance document: rating should be as follows
Goal 1 Perf Rating: if emp rates 3 stars out of max 5 stars --> then the calculation should be (3/5)*60 =36
Goal 2 Perf Rating: if emp rates 4 stars out of max 5 stars --> then the calculation should be (4/5)*40 = 32
overal Performance score: 36+32= 68
Above goals weightage should apply to the performance document section too. Please let us know how can we do it
