Checklist category types: On-boarding vs Enterprise Onboarding
I would like to ask you about the category types of the checklists. Every documentation I have found suggests that in the On-boarding the only category type in use should be the enterprise onboarding and enterprise onboarding step. Yet, by using these categories, we are unable to have access in the Actions and Events tab, in order to have multiple trigger actions for our master checklist.
We are in need of having more than 3 different actions that would allocate the Master checklist.
Can we use the On Boarding category type, which does not have these restrictions in Action and Events, instead of the Enterprise Onboarding ? If no, can you explain why we can't? I am also providing screenshots of the above information.
