Need tablename or query to extract the manager rating for the Evaluated Topic Performance Standar

Do need to extract the manager rating for an employee against each goal

SELECT * 

FROM HRG_GOALS

WHERE 1=1

AND GOAL_TYPE_CODE = 'PERFORMANCE'

AND GOAL_NAME = '*Performance Standard - Contributes to growing the brand'

AND PERSON_ID =:person_id

AND goal_id

 in (select max(goal_id) from hrg_goals 

                         where goal_type_code = 'PERFORMANCE' 

                          AND GOAL_NAME='*Performance Standard - Contributes to growing the brand'

                          AND PERSON_ID = :person_id)

There are records in teh HRG_GOALS table if i pass the value to the HRG_GOAL_OUTCOMES no records for the goal_id

and also records exists in
