Competencies getting updated even after performance document turn completed status

Competencies getting updated to original number of competencies from model profile replacing the finalized list of competencies set by Line manager during evaluation process once the performance document status become completed

Hi,

Our current setup is to populate the competencies from the position model profile to performance document based on employee's position. This is working perfectly well.

The issue is that, out of these populated competencies, manager will delete few competencies ( for ex: if 15 competencies are populated from model profile to PD, manager keeps 8 competencies and remove other 7 competencies) and submit the document. It then goes for employee approval. Employee see the 8 competencies only and approves the document.
