Worksheet: Department ID column empty

Summary:

Content (required):

Hello everyone,

We would like to use the Department ID values as a condition for the budget distribution. We tried to follow this document Fusion Compensation: WFC: Dynamic Calculation Based on Department for a Specific Location (Doc ID 2752321.1). However, even though use a text column and rename it as "Department ID", after we refresh the plan we can see the column but there are no values, as you can see in the below screenshot.

We confirmed through an OTBI analysis that in the system we have Department IDs

Does anyone know how we can populate the Department ID column in the Worksheet?

Howdy, Stranger!
