Performance Improvement Plan Updates
Summary:
The client requirement is that Performance Improvement Plan details needs to be drafted, submitted to an employee, and acknowledged by the employee. After it is acknowledged, the line manager and employee should be able to fill out an additional questionnaire for progress updates related to the plan.

This is not native functionality so I tried two workarounds that have limitations.
First approach was to create two anytime documents. One document is attached to the other document as an interim document. Both documents have a questionnaire. Ideally, once the first document is closed out after employee acknowledgement, the second document would only be manager submission and close. The problem with this approach is that you are not able to see the questionnaire contents in the year-end questionnaire.
