Switching to Transaction Level Collection Strategy task from Account Level
One of our client has the requirement to switch from collections strategies created at Account level to collection strategy at transaction level.
The project was implemented 2 years back, at that time the collection strategies were set at Account and site level but after the upgrade Oracle introduced an OPT IN feature to include the transaction level tasks to. Now the issue is that our client already has strategies assigned to Site and Account levels therefore transition to transaction level strategy will be a complicated task. I need to know what will be the issues involved in transition.
