Remove strategy Task called Go Live Review

We have a strategy Task called Go Live Review which was created to stop dunning letters being sent out whilst we went Live.

Now a few months down the line we want to remove this strategy and effective block to start dunning from the next task - 1st Reminder Letter.

How do we delete the task?

How does this get updated in bulk to all customers so we can start dunning?
